From a young age, Jamie loved the arts and entertainment industry- filling her time with dancing, singing, playing the flute and of course, watching TV and movies. It wasn't until she attended Ithaca College, that she fell in love with video production. She eventually went on to receive her MA in Dance Education from NYU. It was there that she discovered how she could combine both her passions of dance and production, leading her to pursue an MFA in Television Production from Brooklyn College.
Jamie has worked in the film and television production industry in both Los Angeles and New York. She has assisted with the casting of 20th Century Fox’s A League of Extraordinary Gentlemen as well as MTV’s Real World. She has worked for the Bedford Falls Company where she assisted with the show Once and Again. She has experience in live multi-camera television, as both associate director and lighting director for Brooklyn College Television productions. Jamie has also worked in front of the camera as an extra on numerous television shows including American Dreams, 24, and Younger to name a few. Her most recent film was Mixtape #23, a classic love story musical set at a New York college.
